can anyone help me date this pipe

Box Says: "Briars by Peterson" and has a picture of a man and it says " The Thinking Man Smokes A Peterson Pipe" and then says Kapp& Peterson LTD Dublin & London

There is a Made in Ireland on the side of the box and it says "System Briar" No 313 and what looks like the words Premner Rusti and price of what looks like 45.

The pipe itself is marked with a sliver band that has the initials K&P then the three symbols shamrock, fox, tower and then the word Dublin below it...the pipe also has the number 65 engraved in the wood on one side and K&P Dublin engraved in the wood on the other..it is a smooth pipe
